The divine Mind, the Supermind or divine Maya if you will, encompasses within itself the embrace of the Oneness and the originating Sat-Chit-Ananda, and the process of delimitation and creation of forms, which is the action of Maya, and eventually comprehends the delimited and fragmented consciousness at work in Mind, Life and Body. It is the lynch-pin between the Knowledge and the Ignorance.
The process of this creation starts with the initial division between the Purusha and the Prakriti. Purusha is “the conscious soul who knows and sees and by his vision creates and ordains.” Prakriti is “the Force-Soul or Nature-Soul which is his knowledge and his vision, his creation and his all-ordaining power.”
In reality, both are One, but the Purusha is able to perceive the forms of Prakriti as distinct, separate and while informing the whole with Consciousness, is able to take the viewpoint of each form and provides the knowledge and action appropriate to each form interacting with the others and the whole.
